2. ISolate ® It is a density gradient medium designed to separate the mobile part of sperm from semen.
Isolate is an HTF solution that has been filtered through a thin film, treated with sterile technology, and stabilized by covalent bonding of hydrophilic silane. It is a suspension of silica particles and buffered with HEPES. The sterility assurance level (SAL) is 10-3. Isolate was detected using the rabbit pyrogen test and the result was pyrogen negative.
3. Refrigerate and store unopened containers at 2-8 ℃. Before use, heat up to room temperature or stabilize in an incubator (37 ℃). Do not freeze or expose to high temperatures. When stored according to instructions, Isolate is stable within the expiration date indicated on the box and bottle labels. Isolate can be used multiple times for a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after opening.
